Lynn Mooney – M-F class
Mrs. Mooney is originally from Charleston, West Virginia. She has lived in Knoxville for many years. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in Education with a Kindergarten endorsement. Mrs. Mooney has taught Kindergarten, Second Grade and Title One Reading. She has taught at our school since August of 2005. Mrs. Mooney is a proud mother of two sons.Mary Keller – M-F class
Mrs. Keller is originally from Maine. She received her B.A. from Duke University and has lived in the south ever since. She has 24 years of teaching experience. The last 22 years, before retiring in 2002 were spent in the Clinton City School System (1 year in 2nd grade and 21 years in 1st grade). After substituting for 7 weeks in the Spring of 2011 with the 5 day 4s at WHBC Preschool & Kindergarten, she was excited to have the opportunity to join the West Hills family as a 4 year old teacher. She has a son, a daughter, a step-daughter, 3 granddaughters and a grandson.Beth Clapier – M-F class
Beth Clapier has a diverse background in early childhood education, having worked in preschools across Philadelphia, Chicago, and Knoxville. She holds an Associate of Science degree from Pellissippi State Community College and has completed 24 credits in Early Childhood Development & Education. Beth, along with her husband, are proud parents of four children. She enjoys playing Settlers of Catan,
traveling, hiking, and reading.Emily Hyman – M-F class Mrs. Hyman is a Knoxville native. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in Psychology and went on to earn her M.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston. Mrs. Hyman is a licensed speech-language pathologist and has worked with the pediatric population for 10 years, both in elementary schools and private practice. She loves spending time with her husband and 3 children, Will, Henry, and Virginia. She is so excited to be a part of the West Hills Baptist family!
Cindy Babinski – MWF class
Phyllis Baker – MWF class
Mrs. Baker graduated as a child development major from the University of Tennessee. She has taught preschool and Pre-Kindergarten, as well as volunteered with numerous outreach programs for children. She and her husband have 2 children.
