• Pre-Registration and Registration Dates

    Welcome! Thank you for your interest in our school.  After our in-house and church member registration, our public Registration Day is Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 5:30 PM.  Please park in the front parking lot.  Available spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis and you or another adult must be present to register.

    Before you arrive at Registration Day, please fill out the pre- registration form linked below. This form only  pre-registers your child and is not a promise of registration or a secured spot.  You do not need to bring a paper copy. You will find information about our program options and tuition rates on the Tuition page. Please read the information carefully and select the option that best suits your needs. Tuition Rates for the 2026-2027 year will be posted in mid January.

    On Registration Day, you will either receive a space in a class or be put on a waiting list. If your child receives a space, you will need to pay a non-refundable registration fee ($140). On Registration Day, we accept checks or cash only for the registration fee. Additionally, a non-refundable tuition deposit is due by April 20, 2026. This deposit will be in the amount of a month’s tuition for the program that your child is enrolled in for the 2026-2027 school year. If not paid by April 20, you will forfeit your child’s space in a class and your registration fee.

    The waiting list is only applicable for the upcoming school year and does not carry over from year to year.  As spaces become available the Director will contact families in order of the waiting list.

    To align with Knox County Schools, all students must have a birth date on or before August 15, 2026 in order to be eligible for a preschool class (i.e. child must be 3 yrs. old by Aug. 15, 2026 to enroll in a 3 yr. old class).

    Kindergarten Registration
    This is a separate process. If you are interested in our Kindergarten program, please call the school office at (865) 690-4251. WHBP&K has applied to participate in the Tennessee EFS voucher program. Please go to this link for information on how families can apply to participate. The application period for the EFS voucher program begins on January 13, 2026 and ends on January 30, 2026. This application is separate from the WHBP&K registration process.     Immunization Requirements
    All students must be fully immunized for Child Care/Preschool/Pre-K requirements.  Please consult your pediatrician.

    Tour Information

    School tours are offered and required by the Department of Education prior to your child’s first day. WHBP&K is approved by the Tennessee Department of Education and supports the recommendation that all new families need to take a tour of our school. Tours will be given Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 11:00am. To schedule a tour call the school office at (865) 690-4251.
