    2026-2027 Tuition Rates

    EARLY/AFTER CARE (Drop-In Fees)

    Our school is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day for children who require extended care.  Our preschool class hours are 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  If you are not a full-time student (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and you drop-in for early care you will be charged $3.00 per each quarter hour. Drop-ins are welcome. If you request an occasional day of after care, the charge is $10.00 per hour. You must, however, call the office to see if there is room in the after care class the morning of the request.

    LATE PICK-UP FEES

    All children must be picked up by their scheduled pick-up time. In order to encourage parents to be on time, late charges will be issued. The late charge is $20.00 for the first 15 minutes and an additional $5.00 for each 5 minutes following. After 3 late slips have been issued, your child may no longer be eligible for after care. If an unexpected emergency arises and you will be late, please call the school office so we can inform (and comfort) your child.

    OTHER FEES

    Monthly Security Fee (As featured on the above link): West Hills Baptist Preschool and Kindergarten places a high priority on the safety and security of our cherished students. Our school has a professional protection specialist: a trained guard who is familiar with our families, students, and staff and becomes an important part of our school culture while providing a safe environment that is protected at all times. A $60 fee will be added to the monthly tuition bill (August – May) of each student. If more than one child is enrolled, siblings will pay a discounted fee of $25. 

    There are other small fees you may be responsible for throughout the year (i.e. class t-shirt, scrapbook, etc.). Those minor fees are approximately $15 – $20.
