Mrs. Golliher is a native of Knoxville. She has a BA degree in Social work from the University of Tennessee with field training in Behavior Problems in children. She has also worked as a Human Resource worker.

Jabette Carlson – Aftercare Teacher
Ms. Jabette is a native of Knoxville and a graduate of UT.  She has volunteered in the children’s ministry at her church since graduating from high school: teaching Sunday school, directing VBS and serving as a “buddy” for children with disabilities.

She joined the aftercare staff in 2014 after a career in ladies apparel.  She and her husband raised 2 daughters in the West Hills neighborhood.

Betty Nordstrom – Aftercare Teacher

Laura and her husband are Knoxville natives. They have 3 grown children, who each attended WHB when they were preschoolers.  Graduate of UT and has worked with children at Helen Ross McNabb and was infant teacher with parents day out program at local church before joining WHB in 2021. Active in Family Ministry program at her church.
