Molly Leake – M-F class
Mrs. Leake grew up in Tallahassee, Florida. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Elementary Education. She taught Kindergarten for 6 years and has been a substitute in Knox County for many years. She and her husband have two children.Kristen Lockridge – M-F class
Mrs. Lockridge is originally from Birmingham, AL and has lived in several southern states. She has a BA in Speech Pathology from Delta State University, as well as a Radiology Technology degree. She has taught preschool for the last 5 years. She and her husband, Lance, have two children. In her free time she loves to shop, camp and the lake life. She loves Knoxville and is so excited to be a part of West Hills!Chrissy Hurley – MWF class
Mrs. Hurley is a native of Knoxville and attended the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining our staff she worked in retail for many years. Mrs. Hurley joined the twos class in 2008 and loves every minute of it. She and her husband have one son.Loree Skvara – MWF class
Mrs. Skvara is a native of Knoxville and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS degree in Elementary Education and MS degree in Curriculum & Instruction. She taught Kindergarten, second and third grades for nine years in both public and private schools before joining us in March of 2006. She and her husband have two boys.Jennifer Roden – T/Th class
Jennifer Roden is originally from Portsmouth, NH, but grew up in Maryville, TN. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. Ed in Exercise Science. She has worked in our 2’s aftercare program since 2019. Both of her boys attended WHBPK from the 2’s class through Kindergarten. She lives in Knoxville with her husband and 2 boys!Cara Hale – T/Th class
Mrs. Hale is originally from Chattanooga, TN, and moved to the Knoxville area in 1998 to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She graduated in 2000 with her BA in American Studies, then went on to earn her MA in Elementary Education in 2001. Mrs. Hale taught in 1st, 2nd, and 4th grades for twelve years in Knox County Schools. She also has experience with infants through pre-k in many different settings, as well as been an early intervention (birth to three) parent educator and online teacher. Mrs. Hale and her husband have three teenagers, a daughter graduating high school this year and identical twin boys in middle school. She joined WHBP in 2022 and is thrilled to be here!
