Sabrina Brittain – Director
Mrs. Brittain is originally from Chattanooga. She holds a Ed.S in Educational Leadership and Administration, a MS degree in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor degree in Language Arts.  Prior to working at WHBC, she was an Assistant Principal for Roane County Schools and a Curriculum and Instructional Coach for Knox County Schools.  Mrs. Brittain and her husband have two sons and one daughter.

Carol Wehinger – Assistant Director
Mrs. Wehinger is a native of Knoxville. She holds a BS degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Carolina and a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Tennessee. She taught second grade for 12 years before joining our staff. She and her husband have two daughters.

Christy Lay – Office Manager/Bookkeeper
